Freediving Courses

The courses are just the beginning of the journey (and freediving as such is a journey anyway..:-)).

Proper breathing, relaxation techniques, streamlining, freediving physiology, proper positioning in the water as well as yoga sessions are part of the courses.

If you are uncertain, start with an introduction to freediving before you choose for the full course.

You have some experience already? Then jump to the SSI Freediving level 1 course to gain a certification that is recognised where ever freediving will take you in the world!

Your health

Prior to any course or training start you will fill in a medical questionnaire and the health declaration about COV-19. Please be aware that we can only allow any in-water-training if your are fit to dive.
In case of any indications (e.g. any question in the general medical questionnaire that you answer with YES) you will need a written and signed consent from a physician that declares you are fit to dive. This declaration must not be older than one year.
