When I started to look into the legal requirements to run this website I thought it’s all gibberish.
Of course it is my aim to give you a good website experience and to get to know you, to work with you. The fact that data is automatically collected, and cookies are set onto your device whenever you visit this website, are rather “necessary Evils” than anything else.
Hence I prepared this privacy policy in all conscience to adhere legal requirements according to GSPR. If, nevertheless, there is anything missing, or you have any questions, please let me know.

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.

 

How do I communicate with my site visitors?

Mostly I use E-Mail and telephone (direct phone, whats app, telegram, signal, sms) for communication.

I may contact you to notify you regarding my account, to troubleshoot problems with my account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees, to poll my opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about my company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce my User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement I may have with you. How do you use cookies and other tracking tools?

There are essential cookies from Wix and Third party (non-essential) cookies (google, Facebook, YouTube) that are placed on your computer when visiting my website.
